"Getting married in one of London's oldest churches inspired me to try and wear something with a vintage look for a modern bride. A month before the wedding I still had not found a suitable headpiece and feared that what I had envisaged simply did not exist. Then I had the pleasure of meeting William Chambers. Visiting with my Mum to see her 'Mother of the Bride' commission (which was out of this world) my heart skipped a beat as a branch of shimmering bejewelled leaves caught my eye...

William's vision and creative ingenuity encapsulated everything I had hoped for and more. Only a week later my specially adapted head piece arrived and it literally took my breath away. It's beauty subsequently inspired my dress designer to replicate the beading for my dress and my florist to pick out the foliage and style of my bouquet. "I picked out my dress for my brother’s wedding about four months before the event. I wanted to go for a really outrageous headpiece which would make my outfit stand out as I felt that my dress was very plain. I shopped around and found it difficult to find a milliner in Central Scotland who produced anything other than the usual feather fascinator. I came across William by chance and called him up immediately to arrange an appointment. I visited William and brought along my dress and explained exactly what I wanted. William carefully picked out the feathers and created a show stopper. I liked the fact that I was guided throughout the process and updated regularly. I love my headpiece so much! I did not take it off throughout the wedding and the evening reception. I have worn it again to Ladies Day at the races and look forward to wearing it again soon. William is a very talented designer and an absolute joy to work with! "

"I discovered William's website a few weeks before my wedding, by which point I had almost given up finding the right sort of headpiece for my outfit. I wasn't able to make it over to Glasgow for a consultation in person, but William was very helpful and we managed to do everything by email. He even sent me samples by post to illustrate what materials he was planning to use. The end result was perfect - the headpiece was just what I wanted, and I received so many compliments on it.
